Wicked Eye (14)
Here you can see the original version, and a later update I did with a cooler sword and costume. The idea of Wicked Eye was a lady warrior with a demonic entity in place of one of her eyes, which gives her awesome fighting prowess, but also drives her to evil. -
The Goddess in Alloy (10)
My concept for the Goddess in Alloy was an eternal guardian, created by submerging a human woman's soul into a mechanical vessel body made of an unearthly alloy... eternal power and eternal beauty, but with a heavy burden of responsibility. A sad and lonely existence. A bit of a comment on the objectification but also empowerment of feminine beauty... possibly a self-indictment?? More study is required...^_^ Released as a cold-cast statue, and also a resin kit (which is still available). 1/4 scale. (c) 1998 -
Ballistic Rose (9)
My take on the ultimate gun-babe. She has interchangeable head and helmet, and lots of separate little costume and gun parts. There is actually quite a backstory world I have developed for her, lots of friends, enemies and history. A bit tongue-in-cheek as well. Someday I would like to show it to you. Approx. 1/6 scale (c) 1997 -
Sikk at the Circus (18)
A line of twisted big-top characters. These are available now in the Stuff You Can Buy section! Here's a look at the raw sculpts before production. The pieces average about 3.5" tall. -
MAS Robot (3)
??!?!???? -
8-Bit Wall Plaques (5)
Sculpted wall plaques based on my original pixel designs, originally seen in my pendants. Each has a texture that's symbolic for the character-- the Cowshot looks like deadwood, the Tank looks like beat-up armor plating, and etc. They measure about 6"x6". -
Stickheads: Atari 2600 Art Knobs (5)
Character knobs for Atari 2600 joysticks! I have wanted to make these for a while... almost everyone my age has a set of these sticks lying in the garage or the bottom of a closet. Why not turn them into a work of art? -
G-Zero Promo Sculpture Plaque (2)
This is a blob of monstrous sculpture which I would give out to prospective clients and friends, back when I used to go my the name of G-Zero Models. It features an early glimpse of Wicked Eye! Approx 3" in diameter. -
M.A.C.H. Angel / Streamline Modelworks (11)
Ah, my first original resin kit design...which was purchased and released by Streamline. A strange figure in many ways, but there are still some things I like about her. I think the idea was kind of fun (basically a retro-60's female android with missile pods hidden strategically in her anatomy). I think I should have been less literal and more cheeky with the sculpt. I have always wondered if they didn't borrow from my idea when they made the "fembots" from Austin Powers... I wanted to call her "Cluster Angel", but I was overruled and the name was changed to M.A.C.H. Angel-- Metallic Airborne Cluster Heroine. 10.5 " figure
