Hi all! Sorry to say, the US Postal Rates have just increased a bit for the USA, and dramatically for international orders. Though I've had to increase the rates, in almost all cases I am charging less than the full price I pay to ship your items internationally.
One bright note, the increase is worst on the LOWER end of the scale. As your package gets heavier, the more slowly the price goes up. So, you might want to see about finding a friend to combine orders with, which should save some money.
Working together with Chris Antista and the Laser Time gang on some promo items, they hit me back with this nice promo shot. Thanks!!
Be sure to check out their podcast and articles, super-funny wit regarding bad movies, 80's cartoons, comics, video games, game music... pretty much all the nerdly arts!
Now for a bit of not-as-good news, the Beetloid Horde molds still need a few tweaks before we'll be running at full capacity in production. All existing Beetloid pre-orders will be shipped at the same time as the other models. Any new pre-orders placed from now on will ship starting May 30. Thanks for your patience!
I didn't get out and shoot a lot of my own pics at the 2012 Chicago Adepticon, but fortunately this video by Chung Chow of Wargamers Consortium sums it up very well! My bit begins at the 19:45 mark. You can hear my sleep-deprived ramblings and see my extremely *ahem* humble table setup. But the show was great anyway, can't wait til next year!
This past weekend, Adepticon in Chicago was a great success, and I definitely hope to be back next year! Three new WarGamma models were previewed, the Brutal Giant Champion, Arachnoid and Beetloids.
The weekend before that, there was Monsterpalooza in Burbank, also a great show for us. We finally previewed the long-awaited JiggyBot! Plus we got to see plenty of old friends, celebs and movie monster gurus walking around, and met lots of new people to geek out with over creatures, movies and sculpture.
Sorry the updates are so slow in coming, with prep for 2 shows the past month, and 2000 miles of travel in the last couple weekends, it's taking some time to regroup. But have no fear, pics are coming very shortly. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booths!
